The Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo hosted an official meeting with representatives of the Regional Water Company Prishtina (RWC Prishtina), within the framework of strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and increasing efficiency in handling cases processed for enforcement.
Participating from the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo were the President of the Chamber, Mr. Mehdi Reshani, Vice President Mr. Driton Govori, Executive Board member Mr. Kushtrim Metaj, and Head of Professional Service Mr. Mervan Zejnullahu. The RWC Prishtina delegation was led by the Secretary of the enterprise, Mr. Avni Kastrati, and the head of the legal office, Mr. Armend Maka.
During the meeting, the importance of continuous and structured communication between the two institutions was discussed, with the aim of improving the professional handling of cases processed at the Chamber by RWC Prishtina. The parties emphasized the need for increased efficiency and coordination, focusing on accelerating administrative processes and addressing all operational issues that affect the realization of enforcement requests.
Chamber representatives underlined that closer institutional cooperation will help guarantee legal certainty, increase transparency, and harmonize professional practices between enforcement agents and enterprise representatives. Meanwhile, the RWC Prishtina delegation expressed readiness to improve internal communication processes with the Chamber and enforcement offices, aiming to advance services and minimize procedural obstacles.
The meeting concluded with a mutual pledge to intensify cooperation and create more efficient coordination mechanisms, so that the decision enforcement process is conducted with high professionalism, efficiency, and in accordance with legal standards.
