Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Kosovo holds Regular Assembly: Statute, Code of Ethics, and 2026 Budget Unanimously Approved

The Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Kosovo (CPBK) held its regular Assembly meeting today at "Hotel Prishtina International". Under the leadership of the President of the Chamber, this meeting gathered members to discuss the achievements of the current year and to decide on the basic acts regulating the enforcement profession.

The focus of the agenda was the review and approval of the Chamber's basic acts. After constructive discussions, incorporating valid proposals and suggestions from the attendees, the Assembly members unanimously approved the new Statute of the Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Kosovo as well as the Code of Ethics. The approval of these strategic documents marks an important step towards consolidating professional standards and increasing transparency in the exercise of enforcement activity.

Additionally, the cooperation agreement for official inter-institutional electronic communication between Courts and Enforcement Offices, recently signed by the President of the Chamber Mr. Mehdi Reshani and the KJC Chair Mr. Albert Zogaj, was elaborated extensively before the Assembly members. On this occasion, the bailiffs were informed in detail about the rights and obligations arising from this agreement, which will begin implementation from January of next year and aims to increase the efficiency and speed of procedures through the digitalization of services.

In conclusion, the Assembly approved the Chamber's Budget for 2026, as well as determined the method of payment of contributions for the coming year, based on the proposals of the Executive Board. The meeting was characterized by a spirit of cooperation and high dedication to the advancement of the enforcement system in the Republic of Kosovo.
