The Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo hosted an important meeting with senior representatives of the Kosovo Police, marking another step towards strengthening inter-institutional cooperation. This meeting, held in a constructive spirit, addressed key challenges in the enforcement process and identified new ways to increase efficiency.

From the Chamber, participants included President Mr. Mehdi Reshani, Executive Board members Mr. Driton Govori, Sefer Arifi, and Kushtrim Meta, as well as the Head of the Chamber's Professional Service, Mervan Zejnullahu. The Kosovo Police was represented by Lieutenant Colonel Çlirim Hajdini, Head of the Legal Affairs Sector, Captain Arbër Telaku, Head of the Migration and Foreigners Sector, and Agron Kerolli, Head of Operations at "Adem Jashari" International Airport.

The discussions focused on the enforcement of misdemeanor fines issued by the police, as well as the implementation of the law on foreigners, particularly regarding fines issued by the border police at the airport. The parties agreed to unify experiences and find more effective mechanisms for the swift execution of these obligations. As a follow-up, another meeting was planned for early June, which will also include representatives from the traffic unit, to deepen discussions on the enforcement of traffic fines. This cooperation is essential for guaranteeing the rule of law and the functioning of justice in Kosovo.
