In a crucial step towards modernization and increased efficiency, the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA) held a meeting where concrete opportunities for deepening inter-institutional cooperation were addressed. This meeting marks a key moment, focusing on the digital exchange of data in real-time between Municipal Cadastral Offices (MCOs) and enforcement agents.
The cooperation between these two institutions to date has proven to be a functional and efficient model, demonstrating great potential for continuous improvement. Now, the goal is to move to a more advanced stage: the complete digitalization of procedures. This transition will bring fundamental changes, making the system faster, more transparent, and more reliable.
Towards Paperless Enforcement: Electronic Files are Becoming a Reality
One of the most important achievements expected to be implemented soon is providing enforcement agents with the right to register enforcement actions electronically without the need for physical delivery of the enforcement notice or order. In practice, this means that enforcement agents will no longer need to physically submit requests for placing or removing orders at the MCOs. The entire process will be conducted securely and automatically directly from the enforcement agent's office.
This modern approach promises numerous benefits:
