On 23.05.2025, at the offices of the National Chamber of Private Judicial Enforcement Agents (NCHPEA) of the Republic of Albania in Tirana, the President of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo (CPEAK), Mr. Mehdi Reshani, along with the Vice-President, members of the Executive Board, and the Head of the Chamber's Professional Service, were hosted by the President of the Chamber, Mr. Tedi Malaveci, accompanied by the Vice-President of the Chamber, the President of the Steering Council, and members of the Chamber's Steering Council.
This meeting marks a further step in the consolidation of bilateral institutional relations, with the aim of deepening inter-institutional cooperation and exchanging experiences in the field of enforcement.
At the center of the discussions were common challenges in enforcement practices and the identification of mechanisms to overcome them. The parties shared experiences on concrete efforts to digitize enforcement services, aiming to increase efficiency and transparency, and discussed the standardization of procedures for archiving enforcement cases for better document management. Special focus was given to strengthening cooperation with the ministries of justice of both countries and the experiences of both countries with central and commercial banks, as a key element for the efficiency of enforcement.
The meeting was characterized by a warm spirit of cooperation and a mutual commitment to intensify the exchange of expertise and best practices. Both parties reaffirmed their willingness to formalize and expand this cooperation in the future, thus contributing to the strengthening of the enforcement system in the region.
In conclusion, the delegation from Kosovo expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality and fruitful discussions, inviting President Malaveci and his colleagues from the Chamber of Judicial Enforcement Agents of Albania for a future visit to Kosovo, with the aim of continuing the dialogue and materializing joint initiatives.
