CPEAK and PAK Discuss Challenges and Improving Cooperation in Enforcement Procedures

At the offices of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo (CPEAK), an official inter-institutional meeting was held with representatives of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK). This meeting focused on exchanging information and addressing common challenges in enforcement procedures, aiming to improve cooperation and efficiency between the two institutions.

From the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents, participants included President Mr. Mehdi Reshani, Executive Board Member Mr. Kushtrim Metaj, and Head of the Professional Service Mr. Mervan Zejnullahu. The Privatization Agency of Kosovo was represented by Mr. Ardian Berisha, Acting Director of the Department for Regional Coordination and Operations, along with a representative from the liquidation authority.

The main discussions included the enforcement of PAK invoices, where the need for accurate documentation preparation by PAK to avoid delays was emphasized. It was agreed to work on harmonizing proposals for enforcement, and practical issues were addressed to improve communication and transparency.

The parties expressed their readiness to intensify cooperation, proposing the creation of a direct line of communication to ensure a closer partnership. The meeting concluded with mutual understanding and a commitment to strengthening the relationship between CPEAK and PAK.
