In the premises of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo (CPEAK), an official meeting was held between representatives of the CPEAK and the Chamber of Mediators of Kosovo (CMK). This meeting was held within the framework of strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and coordinating common approaches among the liberal professions in Kosovo.
From the CPEAK, attendees included President Mr. Mehdi Reshani, Vice-President Mr. Driton Govori, Executive Board members Mr. Sefer Arifi, Mr. Kushtrim Metaj, and the Head of the Professional Service Mr. Mervan Zejnullahu. The Chamber of Mediators was represented by its President, Ms. Ganimete Xhelili.
During the meeting, key topics of common interest were discussed, including the efficient enforcement of mediation agreements, the promotion of alternative dispute resolution methods, and the harmonization of professional practices. The importance of cooperation in trainings, roundtable discussions, and the coordination of positions in inter-institutional relations with the Ministry of Justice was emphasized.
